Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([FULL NAME], [LEGALLY VALID ADDRESS], email: [EMAIL], phone: [PHONE]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may also use the withdrawal button on this page, which forwards your statement directly to us.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided until you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

During checkout, you are expressly asked to make two separate declarations: (1) acknowledgment that use of the product requires your own, separately billed Claude access, and (2) your express consent that we begin performing the contract (providing the license key and download) before the withdrawal period has expired, and your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

The order is only triggered once this consent is given. We additionally confirm this consent and the conclusion of the contract to you by email on a durable medium.

Without this express consent, performance of the contract only begins after the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.

For contracts concluded via distance selling on this website, you may also declare your withdrawal using the withdrawal button below. The button remains permanently available throughout the entire withdrawal period and requires a second, explicit confirmation to prevent accidental declarations.

After submission you will immediately receive an automated acknowledgment of receipt, followed by a confirmation of the withdrawal by email.
