Do I need AI access separately — and what does it cost?
Yes. Mihikopoa builds on your own AI access — ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, via login or API key. You can connect several and choose per employee. This access is not included in the price and is paid separately to the provider. Mihikopoa organizes your employees — AI usage runs through your access.
What exactly do I need to install?
Two things: your own AI access (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, separate) and the Mihikopoa app for macOS or Windows. On first launch Mihikopoa sets up everything else.
Is there a free trial period?
By default you buy directly and can cancel anytime in the customer portal. If you have a promo code from one of our ads, redeem it at checkout — then the first 14 days are free and you're only charged afterwards. We remind you in good time before the first charge.
How do I cancel?
Anytime yourself in the customer portal — as easy as signing up. After cancelling you can keep working until the end of the paid period.
On how many computers can I use Mihikopoa?
Each installation is for one computer. Solo runs on 1 computer, Team on up to 5. In the customer portal you can swap one computer for another (the old one is then released) or add more computers (+€19 per computer).
Why does installation show a warning — is that safe?
For new, independent software a one-time OS confirmation dialog is normal and not a warning sign. Only download via the official link and verify the SHA-256 checksum. Exact steps per OS are on the security page.
Can I rely on the results?
You stay in control. Your employees deliver drafts for you to review and approve — nothing goes out unasked. When looking things up, the knowledge index always names the source, and you decide what each employee may do.
Who pays the token cost?
You do. Every action runs through your own AI access — your quota (subscription) or your API key at ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Mihikopoa does not sell tokens.
